Our Appointment Types Explained

Bridal Appointment
In this appointment, you will get 90 minutes to choose a range of dresses to try on. You will be able to bring a maximum of 3 guests to share this experience with you.

VIB Bridal Appointment
In this appointment, you will get 90 minutes to choose a range of dresses to try on. You will be able to bring a maximum of 5 guests to share this experience with you. As the bride-to-be, you will also receive a free bottle of fizz and a little memento to take home. Your guests can enjoy free hot drinks too.

Prom Appointment
In this appointment, you will get 60 minutes to try on a range of dresses. You will be able to bring a maximum of 2 guests to this appointment.

Collection Appointment
This appointment is for the collection of your dress which you have bought with us.
This appointment can only be booked by staff.
Our Appointment Fees/Charges
There is a charge of £15 for any cancellations within 48hrs of your appointment and the VIB appointments are non refundable with 24hrs*. If you can no longer attend your appointment, let us know as soon as possible.
If you need any help, please reach out to us and we can help you.
*If you book a VIB appointment and cancel with 24-48hrs notice, you will be refunded £15 however if it is within the 24hr time frame- you will not be entitled to a refund.
